Xenmark

Xenmark is a browser-based platform for reviewing technical PDF drawings. A drawing is uploaded once and everyone reviews the same copy. Reviewers place numbered comments exactly where they apply, reply to each other, and mark comments Open, In Progress or Closed. Once a page scale is set, lengths, perimeters and areas can be measured on the drawing itself. Each revision exports as a comment plan PDF showing every comment in position, plus an Excel comment register. Nothing is installed. Only the person running the project needs a plan — everyone invited to review takes part free, whichever company they work for.

We also build local-first utilities for Windows — small, purpose-built tools for people and small businesses who want useful software without unnecessary subscriptions, cloud lock-in, or complicated setup. They run on the user's own computer, keep files under the user's control, and solve one workflow problem clearly instead of becoming a platform.
